Are WaterWipes baby wipes fragrance free?

Yes. Our baby water wipes don't contain any artificial fragrance.

Are WaterWipes baby wipes tested on animals / cruelty free?

Our baby wet wipes have not been tested on animals at all, and have no animal by-products in them. WaterWipes baby wipes are made from 99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract (contains trace of benzalkonium chloride).

Are WaterWipes baby wipes hypoallergenic?

Yes, our baby wet wipes can be considered hypoallergenic (and are unlikely to cause a reaction in allergy-prone individuals.)

My WaterWipes baby wipes feel slightly dry, what can I do about this?

Because our baby water wipes don’t use chemicals to "bind" the liquid to the wipes, the water can sometimes migrate to the bottom of the pack. To remedy this, with the sticker properly resealed, turn your pack of WaterWipes baby wipes upside down and then gently squeeze and massage the pack for a few seconds. This will quickly redistribute the water more evenly throughout the pack, and get the water wipes back to the same consistent wetness that they had when they were made in our cleanroom process.

If you are storing your wet wipes for some time, we recommend you the packs label-side down before use.

How do WaterWipes baby wipes clean?

Our baby water wipes contain water and a drop of fruit extract. Water is nature’s natural cleanser and moisturizer which is why healthcare professional Margaret Merrigan Feenan recommends cotton wool and water OR WaterWipes baby wipes. Fruit extract also helps to maintain good skin condition.

Do WaterWipes baby wipes have an expiration date?

Like all wet wipes, our water wipes have an expiration date. We recommend opening within 18 months of the production date and using the pack within one month of opening. The production date and expiration date is printed on the back of the pack.

My baby has diaper rash – can I still use WaterWipes baby wipes?

Yes. Our baby wet wipes do not contain ingredients that could further irritate your baby’s delicate skin. WaterWipes baby wipes are not a cure for diaper rash – but importantly they don’t contain the ingredients that can cause or exacerbate diaper rash.

Delivery charge Attica Greece: for purchases under 60 € the delivery charge is 3,60 € for packages up to 2 kg and 0,80€ for every additional kg

Delivery charge for Greece (excluding Attica): for purchases under 60€ the delivery charge is 3,60 € for up to 2 kg and 1,80€ for every additional kg.

Delivery charge for Cyprus: for purchases under 150€ the delivery charge is 16,00 € for up to 2kg and 2,50€ for every additional kg. Delivery time of up to 14 working days.

Delivery charge for Bulgaria: for purchases under 150€ the delivery charge is 10,00 € for up to 2 kg and 1,80€ for every additional kg. Delivery time of up to 4 worκing days.

For payments to the courier at delivery (COD) there is an additional charge of 3€.

Returns  and refunds:

If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase with in 10 days.
